AHHHHHHHHHHHH!

There was a little kitty i saw yesterday.I pet it a little and all i could feel was his bones.I gave it cat food but now all it does is follow me everywhere.When i got into my car today,it chased after me.The poor little kitty.I wish i could keep it,but my apartment doesn't allow cats or dogs. What should I do??? (>¡~¡)>

Feh, My neighbors are horrible to their cats, thy would just put food out and let them roam around the block, the fat one would always eat the food and the skinny one would come around to the houses and ask for food cause he never ate.

thats actualy pretty nice to the cat giving it all that freedom unless thy do it in hopes of it running away.
