a bot is not a person, it is like a program used to make sure stuff is working or sometimes used to do stuff for you while you are away from your computer. Let me put it this way, if you are playing an online game, and your freind tells you that they where band for AFK Farming, they most likely had a bot downloaded that would collect items for them while they where gone, this is called cheating and is looked down upon by the gameing community of any MMO. it is not, however the function of the websites bot, I was just trying to explain it in a way you might understand.
